Spencer Giesige is a Financial Advisor at Baird, having joined the firm in 2025. He spent his first 6 months with the firm progressing through Baird’s rigorous financial advisor training program and being mentored by Randy. Since then, he has worked side by side with Randy to serve the unique needs of each client. An extremely efficient and diligent worker, his primary focus will be on personal finance and investment analysis.
Spencer earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Findlay. During his time there, he was a member of the baseball team and spent his junior and senior year as president of the Investments Club. After graduating, Spencer worked as both an auditor and financial analyst before teaming up with Randy at Baird. His background in accounting and finance has been instrumental in helping him become a well-rounded Financial Advisor.
Spencer lives in Findlay, Ohio. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends and family and staying active.
